The Journey

Kowalah was founded by Charlie Cowan who has spent 25 years on the sales side of B2B technology. As a seller and sales leader, Charlie witnessed firsthand the complexity of managing B2B sales processes - from coordinating with large groups of stakeholders to adapting when key team members transition to other projects.

Charlie is also the founder of RevOpsCharlie, a leading consultancy helping companies with their go to market strategies. It is through this work Charlie noticed no-one was helping buyers with the other side of the coin.

Charlie is also the author of two books - How To Sell Tech and The Revenue Operations Playbook for Founders.

The Problem

If you go onto Amazon and search for "sales books" you'll find thousands. But search for books on how to buy and you'll be disappointed. While sellers have access to sophisticated tools and methodologies, buyers are often left to navigate complex purchasing decisions without proper guidance.

The Solution

Kowalah was created to solve this imbalance, giving buyers access to the kinds of tools sellers are armed to the teeth with. Our platform empowers occasional buyers, first-time buyers, and frustrated buyers with the guidance they need to make confident decisions.

I am a small team of one, powered up by the very newest AI tools that help me to design, build, test and deploy features quickly. This lean approach allows me to be agile and responsive to our users' needs while maintaining a high quality product.
