The Journey
Kowalah was founded by Charlie Cowan who has spent 25 years on the sales side of B2B technology, including helping companies navigate the complex world of AI adoption. As a consultant and sales leader, Charlie witnessed firsthand the challenges organizations face when procuring AI technologies - from evaluating technical capabilities to aligning diverse stakeholders with varying levels of AI understanding.
Charlie is also the founder of charliecowan.ai, where he helps CEOs and senior leaders embed AI practices and technology across their organizations. Through this work, Charlie observed that while vendors have sophisticated AI sales processes, buyers lack equivalent support for making informed AI procurement decisions.
Charlie is also the author of two books - How To Sell Tech and The Revenue Operations Playbook for Founders - and is passionate about helping organizations successfully implement AI technologies that deliver real business value.
